Process to Apply for Apprentice Membership - Beginning Obedience


  1. Download the Application Form here.
  2. Either
    • Fill out the Application Form online and print it, or
    • Fill out the Application Form online and email to the address noted on the form, or
    • Just print the Application Form and complete.  
  3. Select Beginning Obedience on the Application Form.
  4. Sign the form in both places required - if signing electronically, click the box on the form to acknowledge your signature.
  5. Get the necessary Vaccination information filled out by your Vet on the printed Application Form, or attach the information from the Vet to the Application Form.
  6. Decide how to pay the Apprentice Membership Fee of $150 - Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order; or Online Payment by Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal.
    • Check/Cashier's Check/Money Order - Make Payment to CATC and enclose with Application
    • Online Payment - Complete the purchase using both the form and button below.  Note that you paid online on your Application Form
  7. Mail the completed Application Form, any attachments, and any payment to either:
    • The email address noted on the form, or
    • The mailing address noted on the form.

Please note, your application is not complete until you have submitted the completed Application Form and provided payment.   Also, be aware that classes are popular and may be filled - please check the Beginning Obedience webpage to see whether a particular class has filled.
